Hi, there! I’m Jill.
I work behind the scenes supporting a team that delivers an experience you can’t wait to tell your family and friends about.
At One Degree, I focus on operations, helping ensure the team has the tools and systems they need to do their best work for our clients. My passion for helping others through efficiency and simplicity is what makes this role so rewarding.
Before joining One Degree, I spent 40 years in operations in different industries, including insurance, marketing, and the medical field. But nothing compares to what I have learned from this team since joining.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, crafts, and spending time with family. I’m also passionate about being involved with my church and helping others.
I love my job and being part of a team that helps people live with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
